Q: What is ArtforPet?
ArtforPet creates personalized artwork based on your pet's photo — from framed canvases to LED night lights. Each product is custom-made to celebrate your furry (or feathered!) friend.
Q: Which pets can you create products for?
We can turn any pet into artwork — dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, even farm animals. If you love them, we can create it.
Q: Can I see a preview before production?
Yes! For most custom items, we offer a digital preview upon request within 24 hours of your order. You can request one at checkout.

Q: What kind of photo should I upload?
Clear, high-resolution
Taken in natural light
Pet’s face and features fully visible
No heavy filters or blur

Q: Can you include multiple pets in one design?
Yes, many of our products support 2–3 pets in one artwork. Check each product’s details for specific options.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
Design Time: 2–4 business days
Production: 3–5 business days
Shipping: 7–12 business days (varies by country)
We’ll send tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times and fees vary based on your location.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
We allow changes within 12 hours of purchase. Please email or WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your request.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, and other secure methods at checkout.
Q: Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because our products are custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right. Just contact us with a photo and your order number.
