Eligible Products:
Custom plushies, portraits, felt sculptures, framed keepsakes, and other personalized memorial gifts.

Timeframe:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Alterations & Refunds

We offer one free revision if your item doesn’t match your pet’s spirit.
If you prefer not to revise, we offer a full refund for eligible products.
⚠️ Please note: Once a revision is accepted, the item becomes non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Mugs, socks, apparel, blankets, tumblers, and gift cards are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We’ll replace any item damaged in transit or made incorrectly, free of charge. Just send us a photo.

Lost Packages

If your item is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 10 days before reaching out. We offer a one-time replacement (not a refund) with a claim proof from your local courier.

Returns

In most cases, returns aren’t required. We’ll guide you if needed.
